| It's Jazz at da lounge ! 1st and 3rd Wednesday Nights from 8:00PM to 11:00PM |
| was formed in September of 2001 with the idea of creating a compact jazz orchestra. As the band progressed it became apparent that there was a lack of standard arrangements to chose from so Ron set to work writing arrangements for the new group. Today, RGO performs mostly oringal arrangements of jazz "Standards" in addition to songs from later and earlier periods. The focus of the group remains jazz, however their unique style and talents allow them to venture into other areas such as "R&B", "Latin" and "Pop". RGO has performed at San Francisco area night clubs, The San Jose Jazz Festival, and worked with such notables as Eddie Fischer and Denise Perrier among others. |
